A pretty Antique 9ct Gold Suffragette brooch decorated with Pearls, an Amethyst and a Peridot gem stone.
The centre is set with an oval peridot gemstone with a Shamrock representing good luck on each side and a star above set with seed pearls.
A pear cut amethyst dropper dangles beautifully from the base.
The colours of the stones are symbols of the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th century. Green for Hope, White for Purity and Violet for Loyalty, Which also meant Give Women Votes!
You can choose to wear this beautiful piece as a pendant or a brooch.
It is in excellent original condition and is a truly beautiful antique brooch.
