Antique Sterling Silver Top Hat

What a quirkly little find this is. This sterling silver Top Hat was made by Sydney and Co, renowned Birmingham silversmiths.
It may have originally been made as a pin cushsion and would have had a pad cushion inside. But that is long gone, so you can not use it for whatever you want.
It is in excellent condition.
