Vintage Danish John Lauritzen 800 Silver Floral Pendant – Circa 1960s

£69.00

A beautiful vintage Danish silver pendant by John Lauritzen of Copenhagen, featuring an elegant Scandinavian Modernist design with flowing scrollwork, stylised leaves and polished silver spheres.
Crafted in 800 silver, this lovely pendant features an elongated oval openwork frame enclosing two beautifully sculpted leaves, surrounded by graceful curling silver tendrils. Small polished silver spheres add further detail, creating a wonderfully balanced and organic design.
The pendant has a distinctly Scandinavian character, combining the flowing botanical influences of Art Nouveau with the clean, sculptural styling of mid-century Danish jewellery.
The pendant is stamped JOHNL 800 on the bail, identifying the maker as John Lauritzen of Copenhagen, Denmark, whose registered mark dates from 1955 to 1981. We believe this piece dates to approximately the 1960s–1970s.
A wonderful example of vintage Scandinavian silver jewellery, this unusual pendant would make a lovely addition to any collection, particularly for those who appreciate Danish Modernist design.
This vintage pendant has been professionally cleaned and polished in our workshop and is presented in excellent condition, ready to be worn, treasured and admired once more.
