A truly enchanting Edwardian ruby and diamond cluster ring, beautifully crafted in rich 18ct yellow gold and dating to 1902.
At the centre sits a vibrant oval-cut ruby of approximately 0.40ct, displaying beautiful deep pinkish-red tones. The ruby is framed by a delicate halo of old-cut diamonds, totalling approximately 0.20ct, individually claw set to create a wonderful surround of antique sparkle.
The shoulders are beautifully detailed with elegant scrolling, giving the ring a graceful and distinctly period character.
Fully hallmarked for London 1902, with the maker’s mark L&L, this is a wonderful genuine Edwardian piece with over 120 years of history.
