A lovely antique 15ct yellow gold diamond and ruby sweetheart ring.
This ring is set with an old cut diamond and ruby. Each gem stone has been claw set in a star setting.
The shoulders and shank are 15ct yellow gold.
All crafted in solid 15ct yellow gold.
This ring has not been polished. It is in good condition.
