Vintage Rings in 9ct Gold & Silver – Diamond, Gemstone & Signet Styles

We love it when a ring is brought into the shop and we get to hear the story behind it – that same feeling guides this collection of vintage rings. Each piece is handpicked by our Stockport team, from diamond clusters and sapphire or garnet trilogy rings to opal cabochons, turquoise, amethyst and classic signet and wedding bands in 9ct gold and sterling silver. Every listing includes clear photos, UK ring sizes, inner diameters and stone details so you can choose with confidence from home, and most rings are hallmarked where present then carefully cleaned and checked in-house before they begin their next chapter with you.

Vintage diamond rings

Old cut and brilliant cut diamonds in cluster, solitaire and target styles. Clean sparkle that pairs well with simple bands.

Gemstone vintage rings

Sapphire, garnet, turquoise, opal and amethyst in classic settings. Check table width and ring head height for comfort with gloves and pockets.

Trilogy and cluster rings

Three stone rings for balanced sparkle and clusters for vintage presence. Good options if you like a focal point that still sits low on the finger.

Signet and seal rings

Traditional shapes with smooth faces or engraved devices. A timeless choice that stacks neatly with a plain band.

Art Deco and mid century

Art Deco geometry for crisp lines. Mid century textures and organic forms for a softer look. Both read modern with today’s tailoring.

How to choose your ring size

We list UK ring sizes and inner diameters in millimetres where possible. If you own a ring that fits, measure the inner diameter and compare. Many rings can be adjusted within a small range by a jeweller. Ask our Stockport team for guidance before purchase and we will advise on feasibility for your chosen piece.

Hallmarks and settings

Hallmarks and maker’s marks are usually found inside the shank. We photograph and note them where present. Common settings include claw, rubover and bezel. Check prongs for security and ensure the ring sits comfortably between adjacent fingers.
