Antique 18ct Gold Three Stone Diamond Cross-Over Ring c1920

This antique 18ct gold ring is set with three sparkling old mine cut diamonds.
The diamonds are claw set in platinum in a straight design. The top of the shoulders swirl around the diamonds.
The shank is 18ct yellow gold.
