Returns
At The Jewellery Warehouse, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, we know that you may occasionally wish to return an item, so here is our returns policy and guidelines on how to return an item safely to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
No Quibble Guarantee:
Our ‘No Quibble’ guarantee means that for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us unworn and in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will either exchange it or refund in full. The choice is yours.
Defective items:
You can always return items that are defective. We do not envisage that this will happen, but if it does, simply return the item to us. We will be happy to refund the postage costs you incur when returning the item.
How To Return An Item:
- To return an item, please print the return form and complete. Enclose this with item you are returning.
- Please wrap the item securely. We would suggest that if possible you re-use the original packaging.
- When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
